Logos/Brand Identities
Over the years whilst working for various design agencies, I’ve designed (from concept to completion) a variety of logos and brand identities for several companies both large and small.
Working closely with the business owners/ key stakeholders or project owners, I’ve had experience working directly with people at all levels.
Below are a few logos/ brand identities that I have designed - from concept to completion.
Buying plants online or by mail order gives you access to a wide range of different plants, but deliveries aren’t always rosy. Whilst working for Which? they came up with a campaign to better serve consumers - with10 best practice criteria that should be adopted to make the whole experience simplier and less problematic for online consumers.
Working closely with the Which? Gardening team and listening to the needs and rquirements of the logo, I devised a series of logos which I designed from concept to completion, with some of the initial logos eaxmples below with the winning logo shown above.
Enthuse is an acquisitive group that owns and operates media, membership services and retail & e-commerce businesses. Enthuse Group owns businesses which have trusted brands and provides centralised services to all its businesses.
My role on this project was to come up with a new logo for the company that was ‘corporate’ yet conveyed the message ‘creating enthusiasts communties’ and to ensure any fonts used in the new brand logo, were also ‘web safe’.
To get this message across, I experiemented with icons of people to convey the ‘community’ idea and thought, as people in these communities, tend to talk, discuss/share their ideas/views on their hobbies, it would be good to experiement with speech marks etc. i.e. It’s all about people ‘engaging’ with each other, to create/ being part of, these communitites.
